| James "Cliff" Bellar started buying and selling real estate in 1971, licensed in 1976 and became a broker in 1984. Over the years I have worked for Habitat International as Director in the state of Ohio, I am a past President of the Medina County Board of Realtors and currently on their Board of Directors along with the Medina County Housing Network. With a strong experience in apartments, property management, sales and leasing of industrial, retail, medical offices and general business I have worked strictly with commercial business since 1979. From 1987 through 2004 I worked at Realty One Commercial, which later became B.C.G. and from 2004 to present I have been working with M.C. Real Estate as head of their commercial division.
