Mortgage Calculator Instructions
Using the Mortgage calculator is very easy:

1. Enter the selling price of the home.
2. Enter what percentage you will be putting as a downpayment.
3. Enter how long you will amortize your loan for (typically 15 or 30 years)
4. Enter an estimated interest rate
5. Click the "Show Amoratization" if you want to see a breakdown month by month or leave it unchecked to see your basic mortgage estimate.
